AspiWall respects your privacy. This page explains which data we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights in accordance with the GDPR.
This privacy policy describes how AspiWall processes the personal data of visitors to the www.aspiwall.be website and of its customers, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Belgian legislation.
01Data controller

02Data collected
Depending on your interaction with AspiWall, we may collect:
- Identity and contact data: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, postal address.
- Data relating to your request: type of project, information about the building or installation, plans or photos you send us, the content of your messages.
- Management data: quotations, orders, appointments, interventions, after-sales history.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed — only via the cookies for which you have given your consent.
The mandatory fields in the forms are indicated as such; without them, we cannot process your request.
03Purposes & legal bases
- Respond to your requests (quotations, questions, appointment booking) — basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest.
- Carry out our services (installation, replacement, after-sales service, delivery) — basis: performance of the contract.
- Manage invoicing and accounting — basis: legal obligation.
- Improve the site and measure its audience — basis: your consent (statistics cookies).
- Possible commercial communication — basis: your consent, revocable at any time.
04Recipients
Your data is intended for AspiWall and its authorised staff. It may be communicated to technical service providers (subcontractors) acting on our behalf — in particular Falco/Horus and the site host — bound by an agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR, strictly within the limits necessary for their task. AspiWall does not sell your personal data.
05Retention period
- Requests without follow-up: kept for the time necessary for processing, then deleted within a reasonable period.
- Contracts and warranties: for the duration of the warranty plus one year.
- Accounting documents: 7 years, in accordance with Belgian legal obligations.
- Marketing data: until the withdrawal of your consent or after 3 years of inactivity.
- "Live visitors" sessions (anonymous): 24 hours maximum, then automatic deletion.
- Cookies: according to the durations indicated in the cookie policy.

The site uses cookies. No non-essential cookie is placed without your prior consent. You can accept, refuse or set your preferences at any time. For details, see our cookie policy or manage your cookie preferences.
07Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

08Security
AspiWall implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. As no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, we undertake to act diligently in the event of an incident.
09Transfers outside the EU
Some technical service providers (for example the site host) may be established outside the European Union. In this case, AspiWall ensures that appropriate safeguards govern these transfers (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognised by the European Commission).
10Complaint (DPA)
