The technical visit
of your project.
For a new complete installation project by AspiWall, a technical visit may be organised to assess the building configuration, access, actual needs and appropriate solutions.
For a new central vacuum network project: an on-site visit may be arranged free of charge as part of preparing the quote, if the project warrants it.
For a central unit replacement: the quote can be drawn up on the basis of information, photos, existing brand/model and network configuration. If a visit is required, it falls under the intervention/replacement conditions.
For your convenience, AspiWall regularly has kits available in vehicles. When the model on board matches your needs at the time of the appointment, this may allow faster commissioning and avoid an additional visit or delivery costs. This possibility depends on the equipment actually available and compatibility with your project.
Appointment conditions
- → For a new project, an on-site visit may be arranged free of charge to prepare the quote, if the project warrants it. For a replacement, the quote is drawn up on information/photos; any visit falls under the intervention conditions.
- → Building plans should be prepared if available.
- → For new projects, it is ideal for all owners or decision-makers to be present. The architect may also attend to validate technical choices.
- → The client is notified in case of running early or late.
- → In case of absence or late cancellation (< 24 h): 1.10 € excl. VAT / km, minimum 55.00 € excl. VAT. Calculated from Les Rixhalles 3, 4190 Xhoris.

Why are prices shown excl. VAT?
To show a clear equipment price, independent of your VAT rate. The applicable rate (21%, 6% or 0%) depends on your situation and appears on the quote.
Which VAT rate applies to my project?
21% by default. 6% for a Belgian dwelling over 10 years old (subject to legal conditions). 0% co-contractor for VAT-registered professionals. AspiWall applies the correct rate on the quote.
Does the calculator give the final price?
No — it estimates the main equipment (central unit + retractable kits at a flat rate). The PVC network, traditional inlets and fitting are priced from your plans. The quote itself is free and without obligation.
Does a retractable kit always cost 605 €?
Yes, it is a flat rate excl. VAT per retractable inlet, regardless of hose length (9, 12, 15 or 18 m). It includes the hose, the housing, the network and the inlet installation.
Does the 10-year warranty cover everything?
It covers the parts of AspiWall central units: 5 years at 100% then 5 years at 50%, for private individuals in domestic use. Other brands and accessories follow their own manufacturer's warranty.
Can I install it myself to reduce the cost?
Yes: AspiWall delivers a kit and guides you (DIY path), or installs it for you. You choose the option that suits you — the equipment is the same.
