Shavings and sawdust,
vacuumed with force.
Shavings on the floor, sawdust on the benches, wood dust everywhere: a joinery, cabinetmaking or carpentry workshop generates a volume of waste that an ordinary vacuum can't keep up with. A central vacuum delivers strong suction and large capacity to clean the workshop thoroughly.
From shavings
to fine dust.
Sawdust, shavings, wood dust settled on floors, machines and surfaces: cleaning a workshop demands power and a canister that doesn't fill up in five minutes. A consumer vacuum clogs and weakens.
A central vacuum sends shavings and dust to a large-capacity unit, set away in a utility room, with strong suction suited to dust and shavings. Depending on the type of dust to be vacuumed — shavings, sawdust, fine wood dust… — AspiWall adapts the filter and the central unit to your activity. Ideal for cleaning floors, benches and surfaces. A robust solution for professional buildings. On request, AspiWall also offers wet & dry systems (water and dust), with a tank to empty or automatic drainage.

Let's size
your workshop.
Creating or refitting a joinery workshop: this is the time to integrate a cleaning central vacuum, with inlets distributed around the benches and work zones, and a large-capacity unit.
AspiWall sizes the unit to the surface and the volume of dust to handle, and positions inlets to cover the whole workshop. Note: this is suction for CLEANING the workshop, distinct from a dust extractor connected to machines at the source.
Cover the whole workshop
- → Inlets distributed in the workshop (benches, work zones)
- → Large-capacity central unit in a utility room
- → Sizing based on the volume of dust
- → Robust duct network for shavings and sawdust
Where does
the air go?
A standard vacuum, a robot or a stick vacuum filters part of the dust but blows the air back into the room where it runs. With an AspiWall central vacuum, the dirt is sent to the central unit and the vacuumed air is expelled out of the living areas or out of the occupied zones, which limits the re-suspension of fine dust. That is what makes the difference in buildings open to the public and places sensitive to dust.
A benchmark for
air quality.
AspiWall offers central units in Belgium made by Trovac, among other manufacturers. Trovac's central vacuum system has been distinguished by AFPRAL (the French Association for Allergy Prevention) since July 2014. An important reference for buildings where air quality, dust, dust mites and allergens are sensitive matters.
