— Event venues & caterers

Between two events,
it's already spotless.

An event venue, a function hall or an event space is emptied and reset several times a week. Confetti, crumbs, debris, floors covered after a banquet or a seminar: a central vacuum cleans these large areas in a flash, without a bulky vacuum or back-and-forth.

— The events challenge

Large area,
little time.

After a wedding, a banquet or a seminar, the hall must be reset fast, often for another event the next day. Floors strewn with confetti, crumbs and debris: a standard vacuum is slow over large areas, clogs up and drags from one end of the hall to the other.

With a central vacuum, a few inlets spread across the hall are enough to cover the whole surface: plug in a long hose and vacuum confetti, crumbs and debris in one pass. A high-capacity central unit, placed in a utility room, takes the volume without clogging. The vacuumed air is never blown back into the hall or occupied spaces: it is discharged where the central unit sits — a utility room, a ventilated crawl space or outside, depending on the installation. The hose type — retractable or traditional — is determined on site depending on use: discover our retractable hoses.

EVENTS BENEFITS

Built for
large halls

  • Large areas covered from a few spread-out inlets
  • Confetti, crumbs and debris vacuumed in a flash between events
  • High-capacity central unit: doesn't clog with the volume
  • Remote motor: fast cleaning even late at night, without the roar
  • Vacuumed air never blown back into the hall: it goes to the unit, kept away
— Building your venue?

Integrate it
during construction.

Building a function hall, a reception space or an event venue: this is the time to integrate a central vacuum, before the floor coverings, for inlets well spread across the whole surface.

AspiWall studies the hall's plan, sizes a high-capacity central unit to the square metres and spreads the inlets to cover the whole space from a few points. An approach designed for professional buildings and large volumes.

PLAN FROM THE START

Cover the whole hall

  • Inlets spread to reach the whole surface
  • High-capacity central unit in a utility room
  • Ducts laid before the floor covering
  • Sizing based on the hall's square metres
— Standard vacuum vs central vacuum

Where does
the air go?

A standard vacuum, a robot or a stick vacuum filters part of the dust but blows the air back into the room where it runs. With an AspiWall central vacuum, the dirt is sent to the central unit and the vacuumed air is expelled out of the living areas or out of the occupied zones, which limits the re-suspension of fine dust. That is what makes the difference in buildings open to the public and places sensitive to dust.

— Made by Trovac

A benchmark for
air quality.

AspiWall offers central units in Belgium made by Trovac, among other manufacturers. Trovac's central vacuum system has been distinguished by AFPRAL (the French Association for Allergy Prevention) since July 2014. An important reference for buildings where air quality, dust, dust mites and allergens are sensitive matters.

— An asset to highlight

A visible argument
for your clients.

Your establishment can promote this installation as a real plus: AspiWall central vacuum system, made by Trovac — among other manufacturers —, a manufacturer distinguished by AFPRAL. — Questions fréquentes

Yes, it's one of its strengths. A central unit serves the whole hall through the duct network, with inlets spread to reach the entire surface from a few points. AspiWall sizes the unit to the hall's square metres.

Yes. Confetti, crumbs, debris, leftover decorations: the high-capacity central unit handles an event's volume without clogging like a domestic vacuum. The hall is reset much faster between two bookings.

Yes. The motor is remote in a utility room: at the hose you only hear a light sound. You can clean late after an event without the roar of a canister vacuum, ideal when the hall is in a residential area.

By default, the central unit is designed for dry vacuuming (confetti, crumbs, debris), ideal for the floor after an event. On request, AspiWall also offers wet & dry systems (water and dust), with a tank to empty or automatic drainage, to handle spilled liquids too.

Yes, installation is possible in an existing hall, adapting the duct routing to the building. Contact AspiWall for an on-site feasibility study.
